Lees hierdie bepalings sorgvuldig deur voordat jy StudyBomb gebruik.

StudyBomb ("ons", "ons platform", "die diens") is 'n Suid-Afrikaanse aanlyn-studieplatform vir Rekeningkunde Graad 10–12, aangebied in ooreenstemming met die CAPS-kurrikulum. Die platform word bedryf deur StudyBomb (Pty) Ltd en is bereikbaar by studybomb.co.za.

2 Aanvaarding van bepalings
Deur jou te registreer, aan te meld of enige deel van StudyBomb te gebruik, stem jy in tot hierdie Gebruiksbepalings en ons Privaatheidsbeleid.
As jy 'n leerder onder 18 jaar is, moet jou ouer of voog hierdie bepalings namens jou aanvaar tydens registrasie.
3 Rekening-tipes en registrasie
StudyBomb bied twee rekening-tipes aan:
- Enkelprofiel: Die leerder registreer self met eie e-posadres en wagwoord.
- Ouer-rekening met kind-profiele: Een ouer-login; elke kind het eie gebruikersnaam en wagwoord.
Jy is verantwoordelik vir die akkuraatheid van alle inligting wat jy by registrasie verskaf. Jy mag nie 'n rekening skep namens iemand anders sonder hulle (of hul voog se) toestemming nie.
Hou jou aanmeldinligting veilig. Jy is verantwoordelik vir alle aktiwiteit onder jou rekening.
4 Toegang en betaling
Back 2 Basics: Gratis vir alle geregistreerde gebruikers — geen betaling nodig nie. Graad 9-leerders mag ook registreer vir Back 2 Basics-toegang.
Onderwerp 1 per graad: Gratis vir alle geregistreerde gebruikers.
Alle ander inhoud: Vereis 'n aktiewe betaalde inskrywing vir die betrokke graad.
Pryse word bepaal deur die aansluitingsdatum. Sien ons Prysblad vir die huidige tariewe. Alle bedrae is in Suid-Afrikaanse Rand (ZAR) en sluit BTW in (indien van toepassing).
Betalings word verwerk via PayFast. StudyBomb stoor geen bankkaartbesonderhede nie.
5 Terugbetalingsbeleid
Vanweë die digitale aard van die inhoud is terugbetalings onderhewig aan die volgende:
- As jy toegang kry tot betaalde inhoud na betaling, word geen terugbetaling verleen nie.
- As jy binne 24 uur na betaling en voor enige toegang tot betaalde inhoud 'n probleem ondervind, kontak ons by angie@mla-acc.com — ons sal dit regmaak.
- Tegniese probleme wat veroorsaak dat inhoud ontoeganklik is, sal binne 'n redelike tyd opgelos word. As dit nie opgelos kan word nie, sal 'n terugbetaling of verlenging van jou inskrywing oorweeg word.
Ons streef daarna om alle probleme vinnig en billik op te los. Stuur 'n e-pos met jou betalingsverwysing en beskrywing van die probleem.
6 Toegelate gebruik
StudyBomb se inhoud is bedoel vir persoonlike, nie-kommersiële leer deur geregistreerde gebruikers. Jy mag nie:
- Inhoud kopieer, reproduseer, herverdeel of publiseer sonder ons skriftelike toestemming.
- Video's aflaai of opneem.
- Jou aanmeldinligting deel sodat ander persone toegang kan kry.
- Outomatiese stelsels (bots, scrapers, ens.) gebruik om inhoud te versamel.
- Die platform gebruik vir enige onwettige of ongemagtigde doel.
- Enige deel van die platform se kode, struktuur of ontwerp reproduseer vir kommersiële doeleindes.
Oortreding kan lei tot onmiddellike terminering van jou rekening sonder terugbetaling.
7 Intellektuele eiendomsreg
Alle inhoud op StudyBomb — insluitend videos, opsommings, vraebanke, flitskaarte, mock eksamens, grafika en teks — is die intellektuele eiendom van StudyBomb (Pty) Ltd, tensy anders aangedui.
Jou inskrywing verleen jou 'n beperkte, nie-eksklusiewe, nie-oordraagbare lisensie om die inhoud vir persoonlike studiedoeleindes te gebruik. Geen ander regte word verleen nie.
8 Privaatheid en POPIA
Ons versamel en verwerk persoonlike inligting in ooreenstemming met die Wet op Beskerming van Persoonlike Inligting (POPIA), Nr. 4 van 2013.
Ons sal jou slegs per e-pos kontak as jy tydens registrasie toestemming gegee het (bemarking_toestemming = waar). Jy kan te eniger tyd uit-skakel deur ons te kontak.
Sien ons volledige Privaatheidsbeleid vir besonderhede oor watter inligting ons versamel, hoe ons dit gebruik en jou regte.
9 Aanspreeklikheidsbeperking
StudyBomb verskaf onderwyshulpbronne ter ondersteuning van die CAPS-kurrikulum. Ons waarborg nie spesifieke akademiese resultate of eksamenpunte nie.
Ons is nie persoonlik of korporatief aanspreeklik vir:
- Tydelike onbeskikbaarheid van die platform weens onderhoud of tegniese probleme.
- Enige verlies of skade wat voortspruit uit die gebruik of onvermoë om die platform te gebruik.
- Akademiese uitkomste of eksamenprestasie van enige leerder.
- Foute, weglatings of onakkuraathede in die inhoud.
- Inhoud op derde-party webwerwe waarna ons moontlik verwys.
As jy 'n fout, onakkuraatheid of tegniese probleem in die inhoud opmerk, versoek ons dringend dat jy dit aanmeld by support@studybomb.co.za sodat ons dit so gou moontlik kan regstel. Die gebruik van ons fout-rapporteringstelsel beskerm jou regte sowel as ons vermoë om die platform te verbeter.
Ons streef na 99% beskikbaarheid maar kan nie ononderbroke toegang waarborg nie.
10 Wysigings aan die bepalings
Ons behou die reg voor om hierdie bepalings te eniger tyd te wysig. Wesenlike wysigings sal per e-pos aan geregistreerde gebruikers gekommunikeer word en sal op die platorm aangedui word met 'n nuwe inwerkingsdatum.
Voortgesette gebruik van StudyBomb na sulke kennisgewing sal as aanvaarding van die gewysigde bepalings beskou word.
11 Toepaslike reg
Hierdie bepalings word beheer deur en uitgelê in ooreenstemming met die wette van die Republiek van Suid-Afrika. Enige dispute sal onderhewig wees aan die eksklusiewe jurisdiksie van die Suid-Afrikaanse howe.

StudyBomb ("we", "our platform", "the service") is a South African online study platform for Accounting Grade 10–12, aligned with the CAPS curriculum. The platform is operated by StudyBomb (Pty) Ltd and is accessible at studybomb.co.za.

2 Acceptance of terms
By registering, logging in or using any part of StudyBomb, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you are a learner under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf during registration.
3 Account types and registration
StudyBomb offers two account types:
- Single profile: The learner registers with their own email address and password.
- Parent account with child profiles: One parent login; each child has their own username and password.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide at registration. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their (or their guardian's) consent.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4 Access and payment
Back 2 Basics: Free for all registered users — no payment required. Grade 9 learners may also register for Back 2 Basics access.
Topic 1 per grade: Free for all registered users.
All other content: Requires an active paid subscription for the relevant grade.
Prices are determined by subscription date. See our Pricing page for current rates. All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable).
Payments are processed via PayFast. StudyBomb does not store any card details.
5 Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Once you have accessed paid content after payment, no refund will be issued.
- If within 24 hours of payment and before accessing any paid content you experience a problem, contact us at angie@mla-acc.com — we will make it right.
- Technical problems that render content inaccessible will be resolved within a reasonable time. If they cannot be resolved, a refund or extension of your subscription will be considered.
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. Please email your payment reference and a description of the problem.
6 Permitted use
StudyBomb content is intended for personal, non-commercial learning by registered users. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute or publish content without our written permission.
- Download or record videos.
- Share your login credentials so that other people can gain access.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to collect content.
- Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
- Reproduce any part of the platform's code, structure or design for commercial purposes.
Violation may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
7 Intellectual property
All content on StudyBomb — including videos, summaries, question banks, flashcards, mock exams, graphics and text — is the intellectual property of StudyBomb (Pty) Ltd, unless otherwise indicated.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal study purposes. No other rights are granted.
8 Privacy and POPIA
We collect and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), No. 4 of 2013.
We will only contact you by email if you gave consent during registration (marketing_consent = true). You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

9 Limitation of liability
StudyBomb provides educational resources in support of the CAPS curriculum. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or exam results.
We are not personally or corporately liable for:
- Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.
- Any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.
- Academic outcomes or exam performance of any learner.
- Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the content.
- Content on third-party websites to which we may refer.
If you notice an error, inaccuracy or technical problem in the content, we strongly encourage you to report it to support@studybomb.co.za so that we can correct it as soon as possible. Using our error-reporting system protects your rights as well as our ability to improve the platform.
We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
10 Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email and indicated on the platform with a new effective date.
Continued use of StudyBomb following such notice will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
